MayaCloset – Return & Exchange Policy

At MayaCloset, we care about your shopping experience and want to ensure you feel confident with every purchase. Please read the guidelines below to understand how our Exchange and Refund policies work.

1. Exchange Policy (7 Days)

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you would like to exchange an item, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All tags and original packaging must be intact.
• Exchanges are accepted for size issues, color concerns, or different designs (subject to availability).

Please note:
If the exchange is requested by personal choice (not due to any defect or error from our side), an additional 25 AED exchange fee will be applied.

To request an exchange, kindly contact us via WhatsApp, and our support team will guide you through the process.

2. Refund Policy

We stand behind every abaya. If something's wrong — wrong item, defect, damage — we fix it. No drama.

As all abayas are made-to-order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. We do offer 7-day exchanges

3. Customized Articles

Customized items are made specially for you, which makes each piece unique.

• Customized articles cannot be returned or exchanged under any condition.
• A flat charge of AED 30 applies to each customized abaya.
