Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed the next working day.

Our estimated delivery times:

  • Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, RAK, UAQ: 4-6ย ย business days

Delays may occur due to courier schedules, remote area delivery, or weather conditions.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by country:

  • GCC Countries: 7-15 business days
  • Asia & Europe: 15-30 business days
  • USA, Canada & Australia: 10โ€“15 business days

Customs clearance may cause additional delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location
  • Order weight
  • Courier service selected

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import taxes
  • Clearance fees

These charges are not included in the product price.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only within the UAE.
  • International orders require prepaid payment.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:
